| About the Event:
NEN-Kaybase Marketing Strategy Contest is being organized by Knowledge Base (Kaybase), a Market Research & Consulting firm based in Chennai, along with NEN (National Entrepreneurship Network - www.nenonline.org).
The competition has already started and entries have started pouring in. The grand finale is on 3rd March 2007 in Chennai. Prominent personalities from the corporate world are judges for the event. The event is about a live case study involving "Fun&Focus - An Online Magazine for Kids & Curious Adults". The contest is to present marketing strategies for this online product. The best marketing strategy presented by students from NEN member institutes will win prizes. The context asked for participation only from NEN member institutes from Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy & Erode. Maximum of 2 teams per institute (team comprising 5 students only) were allowed. Only PowerPoint Presentation entries were accepted - not to exceed 15 slides.
Last date for entries is 28th February 2007, by 12.00 pm. Participants also sent the presentations through CDs. Five teams will be selected to enter the final round. They will have to present their strategies before prominent judges, on 3rd March 2007 at Chennai (venue and timing are given below).
